Sally V. BaldwinSally Baldwin is an experienced civil litigator concentrating her practice in land use, real estate matters and complex civil litigation. She primarily represents property owners and developers in matters involving all aspects of land use, development and property rights. Sally helps her clients navigate the entitlement and permitting processes, providing strategic guidance to achieve her clients’ goals for their property. Her clients value her attention to detail and ability to handle their livelihoods with professionalism and diligence. Prior to joining Council Baradel, Sally gained over a decade of civil litigation experience in Maryland and Massachusetts. She has an established record of success as counsel in bench and jury trials in state and federal courts, and various administrative boards and judges. During law school she was a member of the University of Baltimore Law Review and a student attorney with the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office, where she honed her analytical and writing skills across a wide spectrum of legal issues. Sally served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert N. Dugan at the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore County. Sally is a Maryland native who lives in Annapolis where she volunteers at the SPCA of Anne Arundel County. She is also active with Maryland trial lawyers through Maryland Association for Justice where she serves on the Executive Committee for the Women’s Caucus. Professional Associations
