Susan T. Ford
Susan T. Ford’s practice includes environmental law, zoning and development law, municipal law and commercial property litigation.
Ms. Ford’s practice focuses on environmental regulatory matters, including contaminated property, underground storage tanks and land development issues. She has represented corporations, municipalities, homeowner’s associations and individuals in matters involving property disputes, waterfront development, solid waste management, wastewater permitting, historic district development, microbrew/liquor licensing, aquaculture permitting, and complex environmental litigation. Her practice also requires significant contacts with the Maryland Department of the Environment, Maryland Department of Natural Resources, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Anne Arundel County Departments of Public Works and Planning and Zoning, and the City of Annapolis.
