Council Baradel Elects Four New Directors

Council, Baradel, Kosmerl & Nolan, P.A. is pleased to announce that John J. Doud, Brian T. Gallagher, Maria Worthington McKenna and Britt G. Rife have been elected as directors of the firm effective July 1, 2016.

Prior to joining Council Baradel, Mr. Gallagher served five years in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. Mr. Gallagher is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
