Joseph F. Devlin recently attended a Conservation Easement Seminar held by the Scenic Rivers Land Trust.
The seminar discussed significant income, property and estate tax benefits that might be available to clients. Program highlights included updates on a new grant program that adds a per-acre cash incentive to potential tax advantages for landowners who protect forests and/or plant trees. This grant program is funded by Anne Arundel County and managed by the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
Joe focuses his practice on all facets of real estate and land use, including contracts, zoning, planning and litigation, as well as civil and criminal litigation.
