Council Baradel Welcomes Patrick S. Owen, Jr. as Litigation Associate

Council Baradel is pleased to announce that Patrick S. Owen, Jr. has joined it's litigation practice. Patrick's practice includes civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, and land use/zoning. 

After graduating law school, Patrick gained experience working as a law clerk for the Honorable Pamela K. Alban of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, handling a variety of both criminal and civil caseloads. 

Patrick graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2022. He graduated with his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2019. 

Patrick is a native of Annapolis and attended Archbishop Spalding High School. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys playing golf, exploring the Chesapeake Bay, and supporting the Baltimore Orioles. He can be reached at [email protected] or 410-268-6600.
