With nearly 30 years in the legal profession, Susan leads the firm’s labor and employment practice. She specializes in advising business owners on preventing and defending employee complaints and lawsuits on contract disputes, noncompetes and trade secrets, harassment, discrimination, wage disputes and other related matters.

Susan regularly and successfully represents her clients in local, state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights and other licensing boards. She is regularly tapped to speak before business and legal groups and a regular contributor to The Barrister from the Anne Arundel Bar Association.
